Why does the next generation have the dilemma of being caught in the middle?

It is the next generation’s responsibility to establish strong and trusting relationships with the company’s employees. It is important for the comfort level of the employees that they know that the next generation is competent, has a sense of responsibility and is open to having constructive working relationships.
